Making sense of youth safeguarding

& bringing practice to life.

We create Resonant Spaces for connection, learning and professional development that help you nurture relationships with young people and between professionals.

Who we are

Resonant Collaboration was founded by Colin Michel and Rachel Ringham, specialists in youth safeguarding, relational practice, and collaboration.

Who we work with

We work with professionals across sectors to support learning, collaboration, and change within teams, organisations, and partnerships.

How we work

We explore real-life stories, share practical resources, and add a little creative sparkle to cultivate a sense of safety, connection and capability.

We offer specialist help with:

Youth safeguarding

We design and facilitate workshops, courses, and learning programmes to help you create safety and nurture well-being with young people.

Organisational consultancy

We provide consultancy to help you improve practice, management and oversight in teams, services, organisations, and multi-agency partnerships.

Reflective groups and supervision

We facilitate reflective groups and offer supervision to help you reflect, observe, process, and learn in relation to work experience.
